Montage 2012 Registration Form

Thank you for entering the Montage Short Film Festival! Please fill out the following registration. All entries must be completed by April 15th 2012. Please contact montagefestival@gmail.com with any questions.

All film entries must be uploaded onto Youtube, Vimeo, or other video sharing site.

All entries must be submitted by April 15^th 2012. All entries must be a minimum of 2 minutes to a maximum of 10 minutes. There can be a maximum of two entries per group. Montage Short Film Festival reserves rights to display all entries on date of event or on the official event website (www.Montagefilm.com). No copyrighted material may be used in entries*. No excessive acts of violence, blood, gore or pornographic material may be used**. No foul language, racist remarks or sexual discrimination will be tolerated. Top six – eight entries will be shown as selected by Montage Short Film Festival. (1) Top prize will be rewarded to winning entry. Additional runner-up prizes will be rewarded. All winners and runners-up will be chosen by selected Montage Short Film Festival judges. A minimum (1) representative per selected group must attend event.
