The producers of the Austin City Limits Music Festival want to make sure that all music lovers have access to the festival experience.  We are proud of our Access Program and its growth through the years.  Some of the Access Program highlights:

Access Center:  Here patrons with disabilities will find staff to answer questions, reference materials, an ASL interpreter, handouts, etc.  Reference materials include program highlights in braille and large print, maps with Access platforms indicated, grids with ASL interpreted performances indicated, etc.  The Access Center has a power outlet for recharging power scooters.  The location of the Access Center is prominently displayed in the festival map.

ASL Interpretation:  The festival offers select performances interpreted by an ASL team.

Viewing Platforms/Areas:  The festival features wheelchair viewing platforms and/or a specially designated viewing area for our patrons with mobility limitations and our patrons who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing.

We appreciate all feedback.  Thank you for attending the 2011 Austin City Limits Music Festival.

I found the Access Center easily.
I understood which performances would be interpreted.
I knew where the Deaf/Hard of Hearing viewing areas were.
The Deaf/Hard of Hearing viewing areas were comfortable.
The Deaf/Hard of Hearing areas were well-placed.
I could easily see the stage and the interpreter.
The lighting on the interpreters worked well.
