2015 LouFest Market Square Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Market Square vendor at the 2015 LouFest. The LouFest Market Square is an essential element of the LouFest experience, and we are committed to providing a vibrant and high-quality selection of vendors for guests to enjoy. 
 
To apply for a booth at LouFest, please complete this form.

We are committed to the St. Louis community and strongly prefer to select local vendors.

Note:  Previous vendors at the festival are not guaranteed acceptance into the 2015 Market Square.  Location of booth is at the discretion of the festival producers. 

 

BOOTH DETAILS

Festival Vending Hours:  September 12 and 13, 12pm - 10pm
 
Booth Size: 10' x 15'

Booth Fee:  $600

LouFest Provides: 10' x 15' booth under a tent (no walls); exterior tent sign; basic power; signage; four (4) vendor passes/day

Double Booth Request: If you would like to request a double booth, please note it below.  The booth fee would be doubled and there is no discount.  We have a limited amount of space, so not all requests for double booths can be accommodated.

Help Us Keep Forest Park Clean: LouFest strives to minimize its impact on the environment, and we are looking for vendors with the same goal in mind. Recycling is mandatory. This includes paper, cardboard, plastic (everything but #6), and aluminum. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and stacked next to the recycling containers. Use of single-use bags for purchased goods is banned. 

Overnight Security: Overnight security will be provided in the Market Square. LouFest assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 

TIMELINE

Application Deadline: June 5, 2015

Vendor Acceptance Notifications by: June 18, 2015

Booth Fee, Required Paperwork*, Signage Order Due: July 9, 2015
 
*Required paperwork includes the following:
   • Proof of General Liability Insurance ($2 million general aggregate, $1 million each occurrence, $1 million products completed operations, $50,000 damage to rental premises, $1 million auto liability);
   • Signed Vendor Contract;
   • Vendor is responsible for all applicable sales tax.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Allowed/Prohibited Items:

A selected vendor can only sell those types of items listed on his/her application. Vendors may not sell any additional items outside of their represented product line without prior approval from the LouFest production team. This is to ensure a variety of unique products throughout the Market.

If there is a particular item that needs to be excluded from your product line, we will contact you prior to acceptance of your booth fee.

Vendors may not sell any item with the LouFest logo. Additionally, vendors may not sell any item with the name or image of any act playing the Festival.

Vendors may not sell any drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons or studded jewelry of any kind.

Market Square vendors are prohibited from selling, or giving away, any beverages or food items.
