After successful events in various cities, Chipotle Mexican Grill's Cultivate Festival will visit both new and familiar territories in 2015. Cultivate is a celebration of where food comes from, and the people who make it.  It's a FREE food, music, and ideas festival that brings together farmers, chefs, artisans, thought leaders, and musicians on a journey towards a world of more sustainable, wholesome, and delicious food.

The Artisan Food Hall is an integral part of this event, bringing the best of local artisan food directly to our attendees to enjoy and share.

Booth Pricing
$300 Refundable Deposit* + $100 Merchant Fee = $400
* Expenses associated with food service items will be deducted from the deposit (see below for more information). The remaining  balance will be refunded after passing inspection by the food hall management team. This deposit will not be refunded if you do not participate in the event.

Please provide a brief description of each item with pricing.  Prices need to be in full dollar amounts and are subject to approval.
Note: Vendors must offer at least one ready-to-eat item in order to be considered. 


Our Creative team designs and produces the signage for all booths, ensuring a unified, professional and visually appealing food hall.  The booth name, menu items, and prices are featured on a colorful banner. The simpler, the better.

We ask that all vendors join us in our commitment to minimize the event's environmental impact.
   Vendors will source approved service items (plates, utensils, cups, etc.) from Chipotle Mexican Grill at a discounted rate;
   Vending operations must meet recycling and composting guidelines (ex: cardboard broken down and stacked for recycling);
   No toxic cleansers; 
   Vendors are encouraged to source food and service items locally. 

If accepted, you will receive an order form for service items and you will be contacted by a Chipotle employee who will explain the various packaging items available to you and help answer questions so that all your packaging needs will be satisfied. Chipotle will place the order and ensure that all materials are available when you arrive to set-up your booth. The items will be purchased at a discounted rate and all expenses will be deducted from your security deposit. Unopened packages (a maximum of three) can be returned for a refund. 

Selected vendors will be monitored during the event to ensure eco-friendly operations.
