2013 KTULU'S ROCK 'N' ROLL EMPORIUM VENDOR APPLICATION

OVERVIEW

The Second-Annual Orion Music + More Festival takes place in Detroit, Michigan in 2013 and features Ktulu’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Emporium, an area dedicated to anything and everything “Rock n Roll”.

We are seeking high-quality rock memorabilia and merchandise, from vinyl and collectibles, to gig posters, gear and instrument makers that appeals to the Orion Music + More Audience to feature in this area.

We are looking for YOU, collectors, supporters, and fans, to feature and sell collections of rock and roll memorabilia. If you have live recordings, classic swag, or memorabilia from any era of rock music or Metallica history, we encourage you to apply for a booth. Eco-friendly (recycled and reused) goods are a plus.

Ktulu’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Emporium and its vendors will be supported through a comprehensive marketing and advertising program that features the Emporium, a web site that receives heavy traffic and showcases the Emporium as a destination, inclusion in the Festival program and official Maps, and a carefully designed market area that is inviting to patrons.

Festival Hours: June 8 - 9, 2013, 11 am - 10 pm

Emporium Hours: 11 am - 10 pm

Emporium Location: Belle Isle, Detroit, Michigan

Ktulu Booth Sizes and Fee

Single booth (10-ft x 15-ft): $615 ($500 booth fee + $115 City of Detroit Business License Fee)

Double booth (10-ft x 30-ft): $1015 ($900 booth fee + $115 City of Detroit Business License Fee)

Notifications: Beginning April 5, 2013

Booth Fees and all completed paperwork due in Full: April 23, 2013

Product Guidelines and Limitations

A selected vendor can only sell those types of items listed on his/her application. Vendors may not sell any additional items outside of their represented product line without prior approval from the C3 Presents production team. This is to ensure a variety of unique products throughout the Ktulu's Emporium.

If there is a particular item that needs to be excluded from your product line, we will contact you prior to acceptance of your booth fee.

Vendors may not sell any item with the Orion Music + More logo or any item with the name or image of any act playing the Festival.

Vendors may not sell any drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons or studded jewelry of any kind.

Ktulu's Emporium vendors are prohibited from selling, or giving away, any beverages or food items.
