* Reservations for the hotel may be made by calling the main reservation, the group is listed as Collectors Association State Meeting. Room rate is $ 150 for a single occpancy and $ 200 for double (2 people). This rate includes a breakfast and lunch and dinner beginning Wednesday morning for those arriving on Tuesday evening. If you are arrive earlier or staying over past Thursday night, the rate will be less but will not include any meals. These rates also cover the cost of meeting areas.

We need one vendor to purchase bags (which can have your name and logo) for attendees as they register. You may bring materials to include in the packets as long as I have them by Tuesday afternoon.
