Thank you for your interest in attending the Georgia Collectors Multi Unit Sponsored Association Annual Meeting, April 18-20, 2012. We welcome Alabama and Tennessee Members to this joint unit meeting.

April 18, 2012, Wednesday morning beginning at 8:30 am we will have a "Collections 101" training session for new and exisiting agency owners, managers, and staff (especially collectors). We will need the names of those attending this session and those that will be in attendance for the entire meeting. Please list carefully below. There is no cost to anyone attending this first session. Lunch for those not registered in the hotel or pay the day rate will be their own responsibility.

Best Ideas may be emailed to medlin@gacollectors.org, remember, the best idea is worth $100. This session to be held on Friday morning will give you fresh ideas in all areas of running your office.

During the meeting, there will be no discussion of rates charged by our members (we are a trade organization and such discussion would be illegal) and members are not to seek applicants for employment from such meetings. Solicitation for employment positions cannot be tolerated by our association at our meetings or subsequent to our meetings.

Enter the number attending the annual meeting who are hotel guest in the first column. Each attendee whether staying in the hotel or not must pay the registration fee. (There is no charge for the morning events on April 18, 2012 but neither breakfast or lunch is provided for those attendees)

Enter the number attending the meeting who are not hotel guest, the cost of the "day rate" for each day attending is $ 49. Enter the number of days per individual, i.e. two people attending two days, enter four. For those in the Atlanta area or for those who are staying in another hotel, enter the number of days per attendee. If one person is attending all three days, enter three. For two people attending all three days, enter six. This covers the cost of meals, breaks, and meeting rooms at the hotel. Those staying at the hotel do not have to pay this day rate, their charges are included in the hotel CMP rate of $ 149 paid to the hotel directly.
