NEWCA 2008 Conference Registration for Payment by Check



NEWCA registration fees are due by April 2, 2008. Mail your check (payable to NEWCA) to:

Use this form to register yourself and up to ten additional colleagues for NEWCA 2008 conference. A confirmation email listing your registered attendees will be sent to first person listed on this form. To register more than ten people, use this form again and be sure to list yourself first again so that you get confirmation for those additional registrants, too.

The NEWCA 2008 Conference is limited to 200 participants and will be held regardless of weather conditions. Registration fees are non-refundable.  If you cannot attend, please send a colleague in your place.  Lunch is guaranteed only for those who have registered prior to the conference.
