Essential Steps to Building Great Program
In this online learning session, Brett Pawlowski, president of DeHavilland Associates, will cover the fundamentals of building strong partnership-driven education programs, including:

  • Getting started: how to develop a broad-stroke outline of your program, including identifying stakeholders and establishing a theory of change
  • Partnership principles: Identifying prospective partners, understanding what they want, and sealing the deal
  • Asset Inventory: Making sure you’ve identified all possible resources available for your program
  • Program Design: Putting the pieces together and building a program model that will accomplish what you want
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Proving the impact of your program and establishing a cycle of continuous improvement
  • Beyond the Launch: Making sure you stay on track and become sustainable

After participating in this webinar, attendees will be able to work through the steps required to develop a strong and sustainable partnership-driven education initiative. This will be an excellent learning opportunity for those new to the field and for those moving into more formal partnership responsibilities.
