Toddler Art Classes

Benefits for children: Early exposure to art, color and shape recognition, hand-eye coordination, the development of creativity and imagination in the company of other children of similar age, the use of various artistic media such as paint, clay, crayons, rubber stamps, construction paper, & various other materials.

Benefits for parents: The availability of an instructor to guide the students and parents in their exploration of art for young children, an art studio full of supplies provided by Creation Imagination Art Studio, light refreshments, the opportunity to meet other parents with children of the same age, and someone else to clean up the mess after the fun is complete.

Highlights: ---supplies provided by Creation Imagination Art Studio ---student artwork is displayed in an online webgallery ---students will participate in our annual public art show that is held in the Gallery of the Library ---hundreds of guests attend our art show each year ---the annual art exhibit includes: an opening reception with... invitations, a program, & hors d'oevres ---free snacks and juices every class ---in 2007, we published our own series of calendars --- this year, we will publish our first student art book and hold a book-signing party to celebrate--- classes began in 2004 and the number of students has increased significantly every year

Children must be accompanied by a parent or babysitter.
Classes will be limited to 8 students and their parent or babysitter.
Each class lasts 1 hour, with a tuition fee of $100.00 for a 10 week session.

Tuition for families with: 2 sibling toddlers is $180.00 (20.00 sibling discount included)
3 children, 260.00 for 7 week session ($40.00 sibling discount applied)

Tuesday Evenings, 6:15pm - 7:15pm (Fall Session) 10 classes
Tuesdays: Schedule: March 20, 27; April 3, 10, 17, 24; May 1, 8, 15, 22

POLICIES & PROCEDURES: Release of liability: By submitting this form, the student and/or parent(s) or guardian(s) hereby and forever discharge, release, and hold harmless the instructor(s), sponsors(s) and operators(s) from all liabilities and law suits regarding any damage, loss or injury resulting from the student's participation in art classes/programs at the location of Creation Imagination Art Studio.

Registration is not complete until tuition is received. Tuition is nonrefundable unless instructor is contacted 1 week in advance of the session's start date. Any classes cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled. The instructor will contact you as soon as possible to confirm enrollment.
