Result Features

Form results are stored in a database on our web server accessible only by you or, if you elect, those who complete your form.
Results optionally emailed immediately to you as they are received or manually sent by you as desired.
Optionally schedule start and end dates for your form.
Optionally designate a maximum number of responses to be stored for a given form.
Results are downloadable in CSV (comma-separated), XLS (Excel) or XML (eXtensible Markup Language) format that can be imported into other applications such as spreadsheets or databases

Technical Features

Hardware

We use industrial strength dedicated rack mount servers from Dell featuring multiple processors, redundant power supplies, redundant network cards, and SCSI Raid 1 mirroring hard drives. In addition to the redundancy built into the servers, we have hot stand-by servers ready to go if needed.

Connectivity

Our 100% fiber optic network is completely fault-tolerant and redundant. We currently utilize the following providers: AboveNet (MFN), Global Crossing, Level3, Peer1, Teleglobe, and UUNET. Each of these carriers' networks provides us unique connectivity to the Internet, and each is used for its best routes. Through the design and implementation of our network, we offer the reliability, performance, and scalability required to maintain 100% uptime.

Route Optimization

BGP4 (Border Gate Protocol) technology allows network traffic to travel more efficiently by finding the best route for data to travel. On a typical server the traffic always takes the same route from client to server. BGP protocol repeatedly locates the most efficient route and carrier between client and server.

Datacenter

All servers are colocated exclusively at Equinix Datacenters in Chicago. (www.equinix.com) Security includes 5 layers of biometric palm scanners to enter and leave the facility, over 600 video cameras with 30 day digital recording, along with kevlar floors and walls. Our datacenter offers N+1 Redundant UPS Systems backed up by 6 250 kW Onan/Cummins diesel generators with 36 hours of fuel. Redundant fiber optic cross-connects to diverse routers ensure 100% uptime.

Hardware / Network Monitoring

There is a skilled technician within 100 feet of our servers 24/7/365. The technician literally has a desk inside of our colocation cage. In addition to on-site personnel, we have multiple external systems that monitor the health of our network/servers. In the event of a failure, we have skilled personnel standing by capable of addressing any issue.
