My form results are not getting e-mailed to me, the messages are not coming through.
A:
If you are not receiving FormSite emails, check your spam or junk mail folder. Also, you can add form_engine@formsite.com and billing@formsite.com to your address book to prevent FormSite emails from being mistakenly flagged as spam.
