Our Enterprise service level is for customers that have requirements beyond those covered by our Pro 3 level of service. We can customize one or more accounts to meet your needs. We can also dedicate one or more servers to your account(s) if the level of activity you will generate requires it. Some of our clients run on multiple dedicated servers due to the scale of their operations.
We can customize one or more accounts to meet your requirements. Factors that determine how limits, and in turn pricing, are established include: number of accounts, number of forms in each account, number of stored submissions per form, number of monthly submissions across all forms, and attachment storage space. Many organizations will start with one or two FormSite.com accounts. More accounts can be setup as usage increases, allowing a given organization to have a large number of accounts. At your request, we can sync all account renewal dates and bill under a single invoice, greatly increasing your control and reducing your administrative costs.
We can configure one or more servers to run a private label version of the FormSite.com service under the domain of your choosing, using your graphics and color scheme. The private label software can be run in our datacenter or yours. An example site running FormSite.com software is BigSurveys.com. You can login into BigSurveys using the username: demo and password: demo.
If you have a feature that you would like us to implement, we can provide you a firm time and cost quote for the work. Many of our Enterprise clients have custom processing and features that are implemented just for them so that FormSite.com integrates more tightly into a given workflow.
