The New England Clinicians Forum (NECF) supports interdisciplinary health care team members in the delivery of accessible, high quality, community-based health care to all populations with special emphasis on the underserved. We would like to recognize all the hard work that those committed to public health provide to their communities through NECF's Provider Recognition Program. Eligibility to Nominate:
-- Nominator must be a member of the New England Clinicians Forum. If not, please register at http://www.neclinicians.org/CONmember.asp and become a member - It's FREE!
-- Nominee must be a practicing clinician in New England serving the underserved. This can be through a full-time/part-time position or a volunteer service.
-- Nominee does not have to be a member of NECF to be considered but we encourage all to join.
