2008 CTPW Field and Team Schedule Input Form


Please note:
1)  Plan on your fields being available beginning at 9:00 am each Saturday.
2)  Scheduling will always attempt to start with the youngest age groups at 9:00 am.
3)  Priority for balancing home games will be placed on competitive divisions (PW, JPW).
4)  If an association DOES NOT provide enough field space for 50% of their teams to play at home each week, balanced home/away games cannot be guaranteed.
5)  If an association has too little available field space for the number of teams they create, we may need to ask that they reduce the number of teams.
6)  We cannot accommodate "homecoming" days, etc. when all teams play at home.  There is too little extra field capacity for the number of teams in CTPW.
7)  It is MANDATORY that game day contact information be provided for EACH team.
8)  The software has the capability to place sponsor names and logos on team and association pages.  Please include sponsor information so that we can help you recognize their contributions.
9)  This season we will publish information about concessions, seating, restrooms, and directions to fields.
10)  Coaches have asked that we also list whether water and/or ice are available for team coolers, so this information will be provided as well.
11)  Please provide the primary color of each team jersey.
