LTYA Financial Aid Request Form

The Lake Travis Youth Association would like to provide every child in our area an opportunity to participate in our recreational sports programs. However, we have very limited resources to provide financial aid.
Financial aid requests may be submitted under one of two circumstances:

1) Parents are unable to pay the full registration fees up front, and would like to request that fees be broken into smaller installments to be paid off during the season.
2) Parents are unable to pay the registration fees, and would like to request a partial scholarship. Please note that full scholarships are not available.

Please complete the information below. Your application will be forwarded to the financial aid committee, and will be reviewed promptly and discreetly. Please understand that families receiving financial aid will be REQUIRED to assist the league in a volunteer capacity.

Financial Aid Conditions

1) If a player has applied for and been accepted for financial aid, he/she may not participate in any other fee-based training provided through Lake Travis Youth Association.
2) All outstanding balances will need to be paid in full before a player may register for another season of sports participation through LTYA.
