LTYA Volunteer Registration Form

If you are interested in volunteering as a coach or assistant coach through LTYA, you must complete this form in full and submit to the required background check. This application will be forwarded to the appropriate commissioner, who will then contact you directly.

Background Check Requirement

The safety of our young program participants is of the highest priority for LTYA, and for that reason we are now requiring that all coaches submit to a background check prior to being assigned to a team.
