If you are new player to Kenston Futbol Club a copy of player's birth certificate is also required.

Please take a picture of the birth certificate (make sure it is legible) and upload to the website below. All returning players DO NOT have to upload a copy of birth certificate.

Instructions: Take a picture of each with your cell phone, email the pictures to yourself and save the images on your computer. Digital camera can also be used. Then upload these files into the required fields below.
