UH Manoa Exam Proctoring Registration Form

Aloha and Welcome to the UH Manoa Exam Proctoring Registration Form @ the Student Success Center @ Sinclair Library.

The Student Success Center at Sinclair Library is pleased to offer you this exam proctoring service.

A reservation for your exam must be made at least 24 hours in advance
(unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments).
 
     • Your "tentative" appointment will appear on the calendar with
         a green background if
         (1) we have not received the exam from the Professor
         (2) if we do not have someone available to proctor exams at the time you
                 requested (we will contact you via email).
    • Your confirmed appointment on the calendar will appear with a white background

Exams are scheduled according to the proctor's availability which changes daily.

It is very important that you check the exam proctoring calendar to confirm your reservation prior to showing up at your requested time.
