Aloha and welcome to the Student Success Center at Sinclair Library's online reservation form.

Many UH online courses require exams or quizzes to be supervised while they are taken. The Student Success Center@Sinclair Library is pleased to offer you this text proctoring service. We may be chosen by your professor to be a site for exam supervision (AKA exam proctoring). Students usually have a choice of many UH campus sites for proctoring. Please check with your professor to learn what sites are available for you to use. If the SSC at Sinclair Library is one of your sites, we invite you to go ahead and complete the appointment form. We can provide you the best service if you request anappointment at least 24 hours before your desired date and time. Since we must prepare for your visit drop-ins are not possible. Your reservation is final only after you have received an email confirmation . We thank you for your interest in this service and we look forward to assisting you soon.
