Tribute Star

Whether you are able to play or not, we invite you to sponsor a Tribute Star in honor of, or in memory of, someone you know who has fought Breast Cancer. We will create a "Pink Star" for them and place it on the course at a hole, and also display them all at the banquet. Stars are $100 each and 100% of the money goes directly to the NBCF. Afterwards, we will send you a photo of your star on display.

Once your registration is received, an invoice will be generated and e-mailed to you. Please make checks payable to "SFA Charity Event" and mail to PO Box 2245, Livermore, CA 94551. If you have registered for Golf, we will send out a form in April to collect player names and information.
