Brewery Application

This form is for Breweries applying for Hops in the Park. Please fill out all of the following information for your application to be processed.

Brewery Agreement

We Provide:

  • Ice
  • 10x10 space on the grass
  • Payment of $150.00 per ½ Barrel Keg.  Minimum of 2, ½ Barrels and maximum of 4, ½ Barrels or comparable  
  • Lunch for brewery staff (up to 4)
  • One (1) Table   
  • Four (4) complimentary staff tasting cups, wrist bands included
  • Slop buckets and water pitchers
  • One (1) Parking Pass
  • Best Brewery Contest Prize (voted on by patrons)
  • Logo on our website and social media shout out

You Provide:

  • Four Kegs (minimum size quarter barrel) or comparable in cans. No glass. At least two different styles of beer. In house made seltzers, meads, and cider are welcome.
  • 10x10 pop up tent and 40lb weights per leg
  • Chairs if needed for staff
  • TIPS certified pourer
  • No glass.
  • Brewery swag give-a-ways (no stickers)
  • Proof of Liquor Liability Insurance, W9 form and invoice for business

As soon as your application is accepted, your logo will be added to the event website and social media promotions. Early commitment means longer exposure for your brewery.  

Event Policies and Procedures:

This event is 21+. Anyone drinking will need to have an official event cup, wristband and hand stamp. All details regarding serving will be covered in the brewers confirmation letter sent after application has been accepted. A brewers meeting will take place onsite on the day of the event.

Other Event Details:

All load in and out will take place on the day of the event. No cold storage will be available onsite and early drop off is not available. Bring hand carts, dollies and/or wagons for help in load in. Power is not available at this event. No generators are allowed. Bring items to keep your booth area clean: pitchers, rags, trashbags, etc.

INSURANCE & KEG PAYMENT INFORMATION

Insurance: Proof of liquor liability insurance must be sent to reginas@fhprd.org after application is accepted. Must list Foothills Park & Recreation District as additionally insured.

Keg Payment: Please email an invoice to reginas@fhprd.org for a total of no more than $600 ($150 per keg or comparable) by May 30. Please do not send these prior to the event. Invoice address and payment information must match W9 form submitted with application.
