$5000 School Leaver Scholarships
Our School Leaver Scholarships provide support to outstanding students to undertake the first year of full-time study of the Bachelor of Visual Art (BVA). Scholarships of $5000 will be awarded to successful applicants as a contribution to study-related expenses. Scholarships are open to persons who have successfully completed senior secondary school within the last three years. Kindly supportedby the M&M Carbins Trust via the Royal South Australian Society of Art.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the School Leaver Scholarship, an applicant must:
• have completed senior secondary school (the South Australian Certificate of Education or equivalent) within the last three years (2021, 2022 or 2023)
• be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• be successful in obtaining a place in the BVA (applicants can apply for the BVA and the scholarship at the same time)
Applications for the Semester 2 2024 School Leaver Scholarship close 17 June 2024.
$7500 Bachelor of Visual Art (Honours) Scholarship
Our BVA (Hons) Scholarship provides support to an outstanding student to undertake our program. The scholarship of $7500 is awarded to a successful applicant as a contribution to study-related expenses.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must:
• have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in visual art (or an equivalent qualification)
with a Credit average or higher
• be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• be successful in obtaining a place in the BVA (Hons) - (applicants can apply for the BVA (Hons) and the scholarship at the same time)
