FESTIVAL OVERVIEW

Returning for its 18th year in Zilker Park, the ACL Music Festival is here for 6 days of music, food and art.  The ACL Eats Food Court features a wide selection of delectable menu items with an emphasis on the best from Central Texas favorites. We will be selecting vendors who can participate in both weekends of the Festival. ACL is expected to draw 75,000+ fans each day.

Note: We choose vendors from Central Texas. Vendors who were previously selected are not guaranteed placement. Location of booth is at the discretion of the festival producers.

BOOTH CATEGORIES & PRICING STRUCTURES

Pricing Overview: 

ACL will collect a festival fee + 25% of a vendor's net revenue. Three factors are not included in assigning a vendor’s net revenue: tips (cash, credit, debit, RFID), the 4.5% processing fee for all digital transactions (credit, debit, RFID) as set by Festival POS tablet provider's, and the 8.25% local sales tax. The 25% revenue share will be collected post-festival via the Festival POS tablet provider's settlement. 

 
ACL Provides: 
 
Tent, service counter, booth signage, 60 amps of power, flooring, dry/refrigerated/freezer trailer storage, water source, handwashing stations, grease and grey water collection units, vendor only restrooms, staff credentials, health permit application, marketing assests, and 4 point of sale tablets per 10 feet of booth frontage. 
 
*Extra flooring, power, and tent requests are available for an additional fee. Selected vendors will receive detailed information.
 
 
Booth Categories & Pricing:

Single Booth (10' x 20'): $3,200 Festival Fee + 25% Of Net Revenue*

Double Booth (20' x 20'): $6,400 Festival Fee + 25% Of Net Revenue* 

*tips, tablet processing fee, and sales tax are removed before assigning a vendor's net revenue

ONSITE BOOTH'S MENU

The main goal of our food courts is to serve our patrons quality menu items by professional, friendly staff--with wait times kept to a minimum. Make sure your menu selections can be served in a timely manner. 
 
Critical to efficient turnaround (and more sales!) are points of service. During peak times, 20' x 20' booths must have 8 points of sale and 10' x 20' booths must have 4 points of sale.
 
All vendors will be limited to a maximum of 4 items. Prices need to be in whole dollar amounts and inclusive of tax. The price on the sign is the price the patron pays. Items and prices are subject to approval. 
 
Vendors are not allowed to sell bottled water, alcohol, soft drinks, or any non-food/beverage merchandise through their booth. Original recipe beverages are allowed, if there is no sponsorship conflict. Items will be dealt with on a vendor-to-vendor basis. 
 
The booth name, booth logo, menu items, and prices are featured on a colorful banner. The simpler the description while still conveying what the item is, the better. 
 
Label any vegan (V), vegetarian (VGT), and gluten-free (GF) items, with the given icons after the item.

ENVIRONMENTAL EFFORTS

ACL is always working to further improve its ecological impact. All selected vendors must join us in this goal. More details will be relayed to selected vendors, but see below for the highlights.
 
Highlights: 
  • Styrofoam of any kind is prohibited
  • Single-use bags are prohibited
  • All services materials must be compostable (no foil)
  • Limit the need for cutlery – focus on foods that can be consumed without utensils
  • Individual packets (utensils, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.) are not allowed
  • Condiments are to be in “pump” style dispensers
  • Cardboard boxes must be broken down and stacked for recycling
  • Cups must be eco-friendly
  • Vendors must use non-toxic cleansers
  • We strongly encourage order local for all supplies and food product needs

PRESS LOUNGE

ACL Festival hosts hundreds of members of the press each year in our Press Lounge where they interview artists, file their stories and gear up for the next show. They’re working long days, and we try to take care of them by providing drinks, snacks, happy hour, and daily lunch and dinner. This is a great opportunity for our vendors and sponsors to showcase their products directly to press and artists. If you’re interested in providing a meal, snack or product for the Press Lounge, please let us know below, and someone from our ACL Marketing team will contact you.
