2019 ACL Market Vendor Application

Returning for its 18th year in Zilker Park, the ACL Music Festival is here for 6 days of music, food and art. The ACL Market is an essential element of the Festival experience, and we are committed to providing a vibrant and high-quality selection of vendors for patrons to enjoy. We will be selecting vendors who can participate in both weekends of the Festival. ACL is expected to draw 75,000 fans each day.

Note: We strongly priortize vendors from Austin and Central Texas. Vendors who were previously selected are not guaranteed placement. Location of booth is at the discretion of the festival producers.

Festival Dates: October 4 - 6 & 11 - 13, 2019
Festival Vending Hours: 12pm - 10pm (Friday), 11am - 10pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Overview: There will be a flat fee due September 6th, along with the rest of the required paperwork. This fee is good for all six festival days. In addition to the flat fee, there is a 10% net revenue share. Three factors are not included in assigning a vendor’s net revenue: 8.25% sales tax, all tips, and the 4.5% processing fee for all digital transactions (credit, debit, RFID) set by Festival POS tablet partners. 
Booth Fee: $5,000 Fee + 10% Of Net Revenue 

ACL Provides:
10' x 15' tent; 1 POS tablet (accepts cash, credit, debit and RFID); exterior tent sign; basic power; 1 parking pass; and 4 staff passes/day.
Cashless POS Tablet: The ACL Cashless program returns in 2019. The past years of the program saw tremendous results – more than half of attendees registered for cashless, and half of sales were paid in cashless on average. C3 Presents will provide each vendor one tablet per booth. The tablet rental is included in the booth fee; additional tablets must be ordered in advance and will incur a rental fee of $75 per tablet per day. 
Vendors are required to settle a 4.5% processing fee on digital revenue (credit, debit, RFID).
All transactions, cash included, must be logged through the provided tablet. Other credit card readers are prohibited. Final details will be provided to accepted vendors.

Product Guidelines & Limitations:

  • We aim to select vendors who offer high-quality, unique, and local to Austin items. 
  • A selected vendor can only sell those types of items listed on his/her application. Vendors may not sell any additional items outside of their represented product line without prior approval from the C3 Presents production team. This is to ensure a variety of unique products throughout the Market.
  • Vendors may not sell any item with Austin City Limits, Austin City Limits Music Festival, or KLRU logos or images.  Additionally, vendors may not sell any item with the name or image of any act playing the Festival. 
  • Vendors may not sell any drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons or studded jewelry of any kind.
  • Market vendors are prohibited from selling, or giving away, any beverages or food items. 
  • All items and displays are subject to approval by C3 Presents.
