In its second year, the Innings Festival is a music festival in Tempe, Arizona that will feature performances from artists on three stages, culinary demos, as well as curated food vendors and appearances by professional baseball players.

 

Titled Big League Bites, the Innings food court will feature a wide selection of menu items focusing on the best from the Arizona area.

Vendor Fees

Food Booth: 10’ x 20’, $2,500 Booth Fee + $85 Health Permit Fee + $500 Refundable Security Deposit

Food Truck: $2,000 Truck Fee + $85 Health Permit Fee* + $500 Refundable Security Deposit

*Not needed if food truck has current registered permit. Complete operation must be confined within truck.

 

What We Provide

Food Booth: tent, signage, 60 amps of power, service counter, refrigeration space, grease/grey water collection, handwashing stations, vendor only restrooms, staff credentials, and two point of sale tablets.
 
Food Truck: space for food truck, necessary power hookup, refrigeration space, grease/grey water collection, handwashing stations, vendor only restrooms, staff credentials, and one point of sale tablet.

Have you been a food vendor at Innings Festival before? *

Menu Items

The main goal of our food courts is to serve our patrons quality menu items by professional, friendly staff--with wait times kept to a minimum. Make sure your menu selections can be served in a timely manner. Critical to efficient turnaround (and more sales!) are points of service. Booths must have at least 2 points of sale. Trucks are dependent on the specific truck, but should be 1-2.
 
We limit the amount of menu items for both the patron's and vendor's benefit.
 
If you are applying for a food booth, you will be limited to a maximum of 4 items.
 
If you are applying for a food truck, please list your 4 highest sellers and provide more information below in the open fields, if needed.
 
Fill out the below with the idea that it will be printed on your signage. Feel free to add short descriptions for the items. Prices need to be in full dollar amounts, inclusive of sales tax, and are subject to approval. 
 
*Vendors are not allowed to sell bottled water, alcohol, soft drinks, or merchandise products,
List your food items and the price (whole dollars only). Please note which items are vegan (V), vegetarian (VGT), or gluten-free (GF). This is the basis of your menu sign.

Environmental Efforts

Innings Festival is working to improve its ecological impact.  All selected vendors must join us in this goal.  
 
Highlights: 
  • Styrofoam of any kind is prohibited
  • Single-use bags are prohibited
  • All services materials must be recyclable
  • Limit the need for cutlery – focus on foods that can be consumed without utensils
  • If you must use utensils, individual packets are prohibited
  • Condiments are to be in “pump” style dispensers. Individual packets are prohibited
  • Vendors must participate in the recycling program
  • Cardboard boxes must be broken down and stacked for recycling
  • Vendors must use non-toxic cleansers
  • We strongly encourage going local for all supplies and food sources

Press Lounge

Innings Festival hosts members of the press in our Press Lounge where they interview artists, file their stories and gear up for the next show. They’re working long days, and we try to take care of them by providing drinks, snacks, happy hour, and daily lunch and dinner. This is a great opportunity for our vendors to showcase their products directly to press and artists. If you’re interested in providing product for the Press Lounge, please select "yes" below, and someone from our Marketing team may contact you.
