Student Placement Application
Once you have submitted an application, you will receive an email confirmation. An individual from our Human Resources Team will reach out to students for interviews based on your application. If selected for an interview, we may request supplementary information. 
 
If you are selected to do a placement in one of our programs, we will require you to complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Part 2: Application Instructions
and Materials
Please submit a cover letter outlining your interest in a student placement at CMHA Thunder Bay (including your first and second program of choice), along with a current copy of your resume to careers@cmha-tb.on.ca.
 
Applicants who are selected for a placement after the interview process will need to provide copies of the following documents prior to commencing their placement with CMHA Thunder Bay:
 
• Verification of Student Identification.
• The WSIB form provided by the academic institution to be signed off by the Manager and copy placed on student file.
• Copy and Verification of Certification (i.e. CPR, First Aid).
• Copy of Criminal Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Check).
