I hereby grant full permission to the Great Schools Partnership to use and disseminate still or video images of me. 

This permission includes the exclusive right of the Great Schools Partnership to publish, reproduce, exhibit, and otherwise use such photographs/videos in alignment with our mission, vision, and beliefs, without further consent from or payment to the undersigned. We will not sell your image or likeness to a third party. The undersigned hereby forever releases and discharges the Great Schools Partnership, their employees, board of directors, licensees, agents, successors and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, or demands whatsoever by reason of any such use.  

This consent also serves to waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which the undersigned or student may have in connection with the use of the student’s photograph and/or name.
