All registrations must be tied to a unique name and email address. Unfortunately we are unable to accept "TBD" registrations. Duplicate names or TBDs will be removed. 
Registrations are pending until payment is received. Check or PO must be received within 15 business days of registration to be confirmed. Otherwise the registration will be canceled and a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy *
Non-Emergency – If you cannot attend the conference you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. Refund requests for cancellations must be received via email by February 26, 2018. The full amount paid minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded. Transfers can be made, without penalty at any time, however we cannot guarantee name changes on materials after February 26, 2018. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after February 26, 2018, unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy.  See website for complete policy.


Payment can be made by credit card or check. All registrations are pending until payment has been confirmed.
Registrations paid by check: A completed PO or payment must be received within 15 business days otherwise registrations will be cancelled.
