Registrations paid by check: A completed PO or payment must be received within 15 business days otherwise registrations will be cancelled and an invoice for 10% will be billed.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Emergency – If you cannot attend the conference you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. Refund requests for cancellations must be received via email by March 8, 2019. The full amount paid minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded. Transfers can be made, without penalty at any time, however we cannot guarantee name changes on materials after March 8, 2019. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after March 8, 2019, unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy.  See website for complete policy.
