We must commission the instructor, pay for your books, set aside time to teach the class, stay on top of current law, and HR best practices. PHRca Exam Prep Study Guides have a shelf life as California law changes rapidly and consistently about every six months. Please do not register unless you are committed to preparing for the PHRca Exam or you want to learn about California's Human Resources laws, best practices, and how to manage the HR function in California. If you pay by check, you are not registered until the check is received which may take up to two weeks depending on your mail system.
