June 4, 2014 - The Advocates for NJ History Opening Reception
 

Celebrate New Jersey’s 350th birthday at the Opening Reception hosted by the Advocates for New Jersey History on the evening before the conference at historic Thompson Park in Lincroft.  The annual event honors legislators, media members and other leaders who have made significant contributions to advance history and historic preservation issues in New Jersey. Exhibit Space: Preservation Marketplace

The exhibit area for the 2014 NJ History and Historic Preservation Conference will be at Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College. 

Exhibit space is included with all levels of sponsorship except Pillar. 

Setup will begin at 7:00 a.m. and must be complete by 8:00 a.m.  All exhibitors will be greeted at the entrance and directed where to unload materials.  Additional directions regarding parking and unloading will be provided prior to the event.  

Each exhibit area includes a six-foot table with linens and two chairs; or a 8x8 foot exhibit area without a table.  All exhibits must be freestanding; no materials may be mounted to the walls or ceiling. No tape may be used on floor or wall surfaces.

The exhibit area will be open to conference attendees from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  All exhibits are required to be staffed by the sponsor/ vendor during these times in order to allow interaction with the conference attendees. 

Exhibitors may breakdown on the day of the conference after 1:30 p.m. The exhibit space must be cleared by 3:00 p.m. 

Exhibitors are not required to register for the conference. However, if you wish to attend any professional or social functions, registration is required.

The company logo must be submitted as an illustrator EPS file with fonts converted to outlines.  If no logo is provided, the company name will be used.

Finished book size: 8 inches wide by 11 inches high
Full page, bleed: 8.125 inches wide by 11.25 inches high (including bleed)
Full page, non-bleed: 6.75 inches wide by 9.75 inches high
Half page, horizontal: 6.75 inches wide by 4.75 inches high
Half page vertical: 3.25 inches wide by 9.75 inches high
Quarter page: 3.25 inches by 4.75 inches high
Business Card: 3.25 inches wide by 1.87 inches high (93% of business card)
 
Format Specifications:
All ads must be submitted in high resolution PDF file format.  If ads are not submitted in the proper format, the company logo will be displayed in the ad space.
Conference App Banner Advertisments (Beaux Arts $1,500 level)
 
Sponsorship banners are located at the bottom of the conference app.  They give you a unique opportunity to advertise to users of the conference app.  When users click on a sponsorship banner, they are taken to a page that gives them a description of the sponsor as well as an image of the sponsor's logo.  Sponsorship banners can also include links to the sponsor's home page.  If we have multiple sponsors, the banner ads will rotate.
 
The banner image should be 600 x 110 pixels and in jpeg format.
