Mentor

Please give the names, universities and job titles of up to two potential mentors. It is recommended that you contact at least one potential mentor before submitting the application. You should send them the information about the role of mentor on the ACU website and the code of conduct for mentors, and ask them to agree informally to acting as your mentor if you are successful in your application. If you are successful, you will then need to obtain a letter of support from them.
