Tulane Bike Share Survey

What is bike share?

Bike share technology offers online and on-the-spot opportunities to reserve and rent a bike that will take you where you need to go. At the end of the journey, the bike can be dropped off at the nearest bike share station. Bike share enables one-way, point-to-point trips, similar to a taxi or car share. In December 2017, the City of New Orleans launched its bike share system, called Blue Bikes. The initial launch includes 70 stations and 700 bikes. A second phase will expand the system to 90 stations and 900 bikes. For more about Blue Bikes, visit: www.nola.gov/bike-share

What is this survey about?

This survey will help inform decisions made by Tulane University as we support and help to shape the city’s bike share program, especially the expanded station locations in the future. We are interested in knowing if and how the Tulane community would use bike share, what locations are preferred, and other information. Please take a few minutes to tell us your thoughts. Thank you.
