Why this Form? The ISNHCP wants to hear from you. Getting feedback from our students is an important way we can improve the training program. If something about your experience was great, we want to hear what it was and why. But if your experience was not good, we absolutely want to hear about that too. Whatever you share, it will be held in strict confidence, just like your application. Trust is important. On the other hand, if there is something you want us to share with another student or an Instructor, let us know that too so we can take action on your behalf.
