Photo Release: I give permission for my child's photo to be used for St. Mary's promotional purposes. Names of children will not be released. *

It is my understanding that in the event of an emergency involving my child, every attempt will be made to reach me or the Emergency Contact Person I have listed for my child. If I cannot be contacted, I give my permission for camp personnel to provide medical services that are deemed necessary.

Payment/Refund Policy *

It is my understanding that payment is due at time of registration. VBS is $50, which includes a t-shirt, lunch each day, supplies and materials. Before ,May 1, you may receive a refund of $40. NO refunds will be given AFTER May 15. St. Mary's will adhere to all CDC, State and Local Covid guidelines that are in place when VBS takes place.

The next page will prompt you for VBS payment. Your registration is not complete until that payment is processed. You will receive an email to the address you provided in your registration when your registration is compete.
