Description: Rolling Enrollment - join anytime

 
- Learn as an individual or form your own class with your family and friends
 
- Create your own schedule, plan around vacations or special events
 
- Receive lessons that are individually crafted to each student's/ group's interests, skill level, and goals
 
- Learn traditional or digital art, or a combination of both (there are computers, tablets and software available for up to 3 students at a time; learn Zbrush, Photoshop or Corel Painter)
 
- Your instructor is professional artist, a published illustrator, and an Adjunct Professor at a University with 13 years teaching experience and several advanced degrees including a Masters of Fine Arts Degree
 
- Beginners to advanced students are welcome
 
- Receive instruction in various media, you choose the medium and the subject matter
 
- Morning, afternoon and evening lessons available - you choose the day/ time of your lessons
 
- Choose to have lessons for 1 hour per week, or choose up to 4 hours per week

- Most supplies are included with the tuition fee so you don't have to worry about purchasing expensive art supplies
 
- Children can form a class together (young students should be of comparable age), adults can form a class together, parents who want to attend classes with thier teenage children are also welcome to attend class together

Policies & Procedures

PLEASE READ:
Tuition is nonrefundable.Tuition must be received in order to complete enrollment. Applications will be processed in the order in which tuition is received. Tuition must be recieved no later than 1 week prior to the start date of each new session.

Student absences are included. There are no refunds if a student misses a class that has been scheduled. In order to receieve the group rate, all students must pay the tution fee.

Please do not drop off students/ or come to class more than 5 - 10 minutes before class as the instructor may not be at the location prior to that time.

The art studio reserves the right to reject any application or to ask a student to leave class for behavioral issues without providing a refund.


 Release of liability: By submitting this form, the student and/or parent(s) or guardian(s) hereby and forever discharge, release, and hold harmless the instructor(s), sponsors(s) and operators(s) from all liabilities and law suits regarding any damage, loss or injury resulting from the student's participation in art classes/programs at the location(s) at which the Creation Imagination Art Program takes place.  The release of liability includes the waiting area where students are picked up after instruction has been completed.

Method of Payment: The instructor will contact you with a total tuition amount

Because the tuition amounts will vary based on group size and number of lessons, the instructor will contact you regarding tuition. If you would like to pay by credit card, an invoice will be sent to you through paypal.com.
PAYMENT PLAN:
All students in a group must utilize the same payment plan even if they are making payments separately.
