Welcome to the Shared Health Alliance Program (SHA) enrollment portal.
To continue enrollment, please click "Next" and fill out the enrollment form. You will then add your Dependents if necessary and complete your payment information. Please note, we only accept bank draft as a method of payment so please have your bank account and routing numbers available to complete your enrollment.
Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive confirmation from Shared Health Alliance acknowledging acceptance of the information. You will receive an email with a welcome packet to access your benefits once your payment has processed.
