Online Registration must be submitted before 9 pm (PDT) March 30th because Online Registration closes at 9 pm (PDT) March 30th.  Payment must be received upon completion of registration for PayPal payments or no later than 5 business days for US Mail.  Registration confirmation will be made by email or USPS after payment has been received.

All registration, lodging and/or meal, and visitor options must be made at time of registration.  There is no substitution of nights or discounts allowed for meals not taken.

--The tote bag is made from 10 ounce 100% cotton twill with cotton web handles.  It measures a generous 15.5" high x 13" wide x 7" deep.  Color is natural with bright pink design.  $15.00 per tote bag.
--There are two styles (Unisex and Ladie's Cut) and many sizes of T-Shirts available.  Color is heliconia (bright pink) with white design.    $18 to $22 per T-Shirt.

ROSS POINT REGULATIONS:  All attendees must abide by the Ross Point policies and procedures, both verbal and posted.  Each person coming to the center (tatter, relative, friend, shopper, vendor) must read and accept the Ross Point Regulations.

1.  No smoking is permitted in any building.  Designated smoking areas are the main parking lot, below the dining room deck, and the front porch of Shoreline and Edgewater, away from all non-smokers.

2.  No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed.

3.  Gum is not permitted.

4.  No pets allowed.

5.  Meals are served family style.  Attendees are expected to help clear individual tables after each meal.  Promptness to meals is essential.

6.  Vehicles must be parked and locked in designated parking areas.  Guests must move their vehicles to the designated areas after loading and unloading.

7.  Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am and everyone should be as quiet as possible, respecting the privacy of the neighbors.

8.  Ross Point assumes no responsibility for lost & found, or stolen items.

9.  At the end of each use, the last one out of a room should turn off the lights.  At the end of your stay, return furniture to its original position, close doors and windows, turn off lights, and turn down heat.

10.  A charge of $5.00 per key will be charged for lodge room keys that are not turned in when you check out. *

Online Registration will be processed upon receipt of payment by check or PayPal. 
Payment must be received within 5 business days for US mail or upon completion of your online registration via PayPal.  If payment is not received within this time frame, your registration will be processed based on date payment is received.

Cancellation Policy:   Sometimes life happens and we understand. Cancellation requests will be refunded as follows:
Received prior to March 1:  full refund of registration and lodging/meal fees.
Received  between March 1 and April 1:  50% refund on registration and lodging/meal fees. 50% refund of class kit, shirt and tote orders--if requested.
Received after April 1:   No refund--shirts, totes and class kits will be mailed after the workshop.
 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refund to be issued.
