Daily Store/Building Inspection

This Daily Inspection Form must be completed on a DAILY basis.
Please make sure all store leaders are aware of any and all deficiencies reported on this form.
 

Parking Lot and Building Exterior

-  Gardening (properly trimmed, no loose tree/palm limbs, no debris).

-  Garbage cans (cleaned and with bags, properly painted and no rust).

-  Benches (properly painted and no rust).

-  Light poles (no rust and secured, lights working).

-  EDF signs (all letters working, not faded and that these light up at night).

-  Traffic signs (these must be secured to their pole, not rusted or bent).

-  Building structure (no cracks, and properly painted).

-  Speed bumps (visible and painted), Pavement (no wholes, stripes painted).

Main Entrance

Sliding glass doors (opening and closing correctly, cleaned sensors, and test it opens for emergency).

-  Carpet (not lifted and/or stained).

-  Accessory alarm sensors (steady and secured, test with an accessory to make sure these are working).

Check the front / leaders desk, taxi carts (seatbelts, paint and signs in good conditions).

Make sure there is no food in the area, and that all merchandise is identified.

Restrooms

-  Make sure everything is clean.

-  Doors and locks are properly working.

-  Toilets and urinals are not leaking water or loose.

-  Mirrors are not cracked or peeling.

-  Tiles (not broken or loose).

-  Sinks (not leaking, peeling, dirty or clogged).

-  Ceiling tiles (not stained, broken or missing).

-  Extractors (check for abnormal noises).

Customer Cafe Area

The Customer Cafe area should always be organized and clean.

-  Check for signs of roaches / ants / rodents (if any report through Fiix immediately).

-  All coffee supply in its place (kept inside cabinets).

-  Tables / counters are steady (no cracks, nor broken).

-  Check cabinet doors and drawers (should open close correctly, and handles should NOT be loose).
