Trailers are only allowed inside the gates on load-day (Friday). If you will be taking a trailer inside the gates on load-in day, you will need to provide your trailer license plate #(s) for all trailers entering the gate. All trailers must be moved out of the gates before 5pm on load-in day. Will you be taking a trailer to the Burton Event Complex on Load-In day (Friday, November 8, 2024)? *

***Place the quantity of spaces in the box to the left of the space description you are booking. You may need more than 1 space. Please measure and mark out on the floor to get a better idea of sizing. No two ends can be combined due to fencing. You can combine one end with multiple inside spaces if available.

Center Aisle

On asphalt floor in main walkway

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CENTER AISLE:
These are the last spaces to set-up on Friday and the first out on Sunday. If you need longer than 2 hours to set-up and cannot pack up quickly, this is not the space for you.

Marketside South

On packed dirt floor with fence on back of booth. End spaces have fence on one side. 🛈

Marketside North

On packed dirt floor with fence on back of booth. End spaces have fence on one side. 🛈

Marketside East

On packed dirt floor with fence on back of booth. End spaces have fence on one side. 🛈

Walled - South & North

These sections are surrounded by cinder block walls with concrete floor, so may be a little less dusty. 

South section of these has NO CLOSE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS but is close to entrance. North section of these DOES HAVE ELECTRICITY, but is further from entrance.

Back Lot & Aisle Trailers

Back Lot spaces are on packed dirt in the area on the east side (Back) of the barn.

Aisle Trailer spaces are in the North Aisle and 10x10 each.  These are only available by approval only. 🛈

Alley

Back Lot spaces are on uneven asphalt in the alley connecting the Barn to the main Coliseum.

Alley spaces are 10x10 each. 🛈

Corral

On packed dirt floor on the North side of the venue closest to the Coliseum. Some pole-style fences on the back and sides.  🛈

Outdoor - UNCOVERED

If selling out of a trailer, please register for the accurate number of spaces that will accomodate your trailer-including tongue, door opening, and walking space (front or back) if needed. 

Also let us know in the "Additional Comments" section which side you plan to sell out of (driver or passenger). 

NOTE:  You will be parking your own trailer, so please make sure you or someone with you can do this effectively at load in and load out.

If you are a "Returning Vendor" to this area, you must still get approval prior to registration.  This area is not guaranteed each show.

On smooth cement floor, high traffic area. Between bleachers. 🛈

Other Spaces (email for approval PRIOR to registration)

Special areas that are custom designed and placed.  PRIOR APPROVAL NEEDED. 
Pet Rescues - Must be a registered 501 c-3 non-profit organization
