-Firearms
-Illegal or stolen merchandise
-Illegal drugs
-Marijuanna in any form
-CBD oil/products

-Pornagraphic or lewd materials of any type (INCLUDING VINTAGE) 
-Vape pipes, products and/or traditional cigarettes or tobacco
-Alcoholic beverages
-Cats, dogs or domestic pets/reptiles (Only cats/dogs for up for adoption by a licensed pet rescue are permitted.)

By checking the box, you certify and agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of our event, and agree that you will not display or attemt to sell any of the above listed items or other restricted items listed on our website. You further agree that you have NEVER been convicted of a felony.
We reserve the right to remove any vendor from our show at any time that we determine does not adhere to our show standards, and/or if we determine false claims have been made within this form. *
VENDOR BUSINESS HOURS POLICY (Applies to the Entire Show weekend):
To be accepted as a Flea Fest vendor, I hereby agree and certify that I understand the dates of this show are as follows:
Set up day: Friday, November 8
Show Days/Times: November 9, 9am-5pm and November 10, 9am-5pm. (NOTE: WE NO LONGER HAVE EARLY BIRD HOUR!!)
I hereby agree to be available for set-up day - time for set up will be determined closer to the show.
I further agree to remain set-up in my space and open to shoppers during the entire course of the show during all of the hours the show is open. I understand that if I do not adhere to this policy, I will forfeit my "returning vendor" status for the following show, as well as the option to renew the space I am currently assigned.  Furthermore, depending on the severity of the violation, an additional $50 fine may be enforced and I could be banned from future shows if this occurs more than once.

Trailers are only allowed inside the gates on load-day (Friday). If you will be taking a trailer inside the gates on load-in day, you will need to provide your trailer license plate #(s) for all trailers entering the gate. All trailers must be moved out of the gates before 5pm on load-in day. Will you be taking a trailer to Burton Coliseum on Load-In day (Friday, November 8, 2019)? *

APPROVAL NEEDED PRIOR TO REGISTRATION FOR THIS AREA! If you are a "Returning Vendor" to this area, you must still get approval prior to registration.  This area is not guaranteed each show.

Please email info@fleafest.com prior to booking. If you fail to obtain prior approval and the space you register for is not available, a 3% fee may be incurred and subtracted from your refund.

CENTER AISLE

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CENTER AISLE: THESE ARE THE LAST SPACES TO LOAD-IN ON SET UP DAY AND THE FIRST OUT ON SUNDAY!  IF YOU FEEL YOU REQUIRE A LONGER THAN 2-HOUR SET UP TIME, THIS MAY NOT BE THE SPACE FOR YOU! PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS SECTION.

MARKETSIDE NORTH

WALLED SECTIONS

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This area is surrounded by cinder block walls with concrete floor, so may be a little less dusty.  South section of these has NO CLOSE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS but is close to entrance. North section of these DOES HAVE ELECTRICITY, but is further from entrance.

CORRAL SECTIONS

BRIEF DESCRIPTION for the first 4 sections below: These options are on packed dirt floor on the North side of the venue closest to the Coliseum. Some pole-style fences on the back and sides.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION for the section below: Corral Stalls are 10x10 enclosed stalls and CANNOT BE COMBINED to make a larger space.  On packed (possibly unlevel) dirt floor on the North side of the venue closest to the Coliseum. We recommend having merchandise that would fit this description if you choose this space.

FARMER'S MARKET

Before registering for Farmer's Market, please view merchandise qualifications by clicking HERE! At least 90% of your merchandise MUST FIT the merchandise qualifications to be a Farmer's Market vendor.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Relatively small spaces on packed dirt floor. Fence along back of all booth spaces and on one side of end spaces. Spaces are approximately 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep. ***Place the quantity of spaces in the box to the left of the space description you are booking. 🛈

BACK LOT SPACES

BRIEF DESCRIPTION for the sections below:  These are 10 x 20 spaces located on packed dirt in the area on the east side (Back) of the barn.

OFFICESIDE SPACES - Approval required prior to registering for this area.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION - These are 10' wide by 8' deep and are located along the North side wall of the office building in the center in the barn.

ALLEY & INSIDE TRAILER SPACES

BRIEF DESCRIPTION -

Alley spaces are on rough asphault and are located in the alley that connects the Burton Coliseum to the Barn.

Alley Trailer spaces - For vendors who wish to sell directly out of their trailers. Please register for 1 space for each 10 feet of your trailer-include tongue, door opening, and walking space (front or back) if needed.  Also let us know in the "Additional Comments" section which side you plan to sell out of (driver or passenger). 
NOTE:  You will be parking your own trailer, so please make sure you or someone with you can do this effectively at load in and load out.

OUTDOOR (UNCOVERED SPACES)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION for the sections below:  

Outside Fence at Gateside North & South spaces - (10' wide x 20' deep) These are the FIRST spaces on either side of our walk-through entrance gate at the fencline to enter the show.
Outside Fence North & South Spaces - (10' wide x 20' deep) These are the spaces located on either side of our walk-through entrance gates along the fencline to enter the show but EXCLUDE the first one on either side. These are assigned first come, first served moving from the gate outward on each side. 
Outside Front Wall North or South of Maingate - (20' wide x 10' deep) The first spaces at the entrance of the building located along the building wall on the West side (Front) of the barn.
Outside Secondary Front Wall North or South  - (North side are 20' wide x 10' deep, South side are 10'w x 20' deep) Spaces along the front wall of the building (outside) excluding the first 2 spaces next to the entrance.
If selling out of a trailer, please register for the accurate numbe of spaces that will accomodate your trailer-including tongue, door opening, and walking space (front or back) if needed.  Also let us know in the "Additional Comments" section which side you plan to sell out of (driver or passenger).  NOTE:  You will be parking your own trailer, so please make sure you or someone with you can do this effectively at load in and load out.

SPECIAL VENDORS (RIDES OR CUSTOM SIZED SPACES)

Pet Rescues - Must be a registered 501 c-3 non-profit organization and all registrants must obtain prior approval. Email us at info@fleafest.com to obtain approval BEFORE REGISTERING!

8. Do you need to rent tables and/or buy extra vendor passes?

VENDOR PASSES - 2 Vendor Passes are included with each vendor registration form received, regardless of the quantity of spaces booked.  (Exceptions will be in the pop-up. Please read)

NOTE: Vendor passes are to be used by additional staff helping within your space ONLY. Misuse of vendor passes may result of banning from future shows and/or purchasing additional passes.
