Approved Vendor of Girl Scouts of Northern California

Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Northern California (GSNorCal) Vendor Approval Page. For the safety of our members, GSNorCal must approve sites and vendors for activities that are categorized as "high-adventure" before a troop uses the site or vendor for a Girl Scout event. This procedure is designed to ensure a safe experience for our girls and adult volunteers.

What should I have available to complete this form?

Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 general liability policy that lists Girl Scouts of Northern California as additionally insured.

Certificates must use the following language in the Description of Operations Box:
Girl Scouts of Northern California is names as additional insured on the General Liability Policy.

Certificates must have the following text below in the Certificate Holder Box:

Kindly give the owner or person with legal authority a copy of the Safety Activity Checkpoint (SAC) to review. A list of activities that require approval are listed below.
