Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Northern California (GSNorCal) Vendor Approval Page. For the safety of our members, GSNorCal must approve sites and vendors for activities that are categorized as "high-adventure" before a troop uses the site or vendor for a Girl Scout event. This procedure is designed to ensure a safe experience for our girls and adult volunteers.

Electronic Signature

By signing below, you agree that all the information you provided is correct and up to date and none of the documents have been falsified. Insurance certificates must be updated annually with the council within 30 days of expiration. Failure to do so will remove you from the approved vendor list automatically. You will receive communication on our behalf within 45 days, 30 days or 10 days of your expiration as a reminder to resubmit new insurance paperwork for approval.
