Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Northern California’s Vendor Application form. This form is intended to be used by new and current vendors who are applying for approved vendor status or are interested in collaborating with Girl Scouts on programs and experiences for its members.
Vendors who are currently listed on the GSNorCal approved vendor list will receive an email requesting their annual insurance renewal along with a new signed copy of the High-Adventure Safety Activity Checkpoints for the current Girl Scout year.
New vendors applying to be listed on the High-Adventure approved vendor list, will receive a Welcome email with information that came be used to finalize their application process.
Please note that submitting this form is not a guarantee of your partnership with the Girl Scouts of Northern California, but instead is an informational guide to help begin the process of building and continuing a long-lasting partnership.
