GSNorCal Bronze Award Final Report Form

Troop Leaders are responsible for approving their Girl Scout Juniors' Bronze Award projects to start work, as well as approving the final project.  This form is used to collect final report data from the Troop Leader for the Bronze Award.  You will be given an option to print a copy of this form after clicking submit.  If you'd like to follow-up please contact: awards@gsnorcal.org.

Project Advisor Information

The Project Advisor is someone who gives expert/professional advice related to the specific project.  The advisor may be associated with the organization that the girls were working with, or may have professional knowledge about the topic of the project.  At the Bronze Award level, the Troop Leader can also act as the Project Advisor.

Each member of the Bronze Award Team is required to be officially registered with GSNorCal as a Junior Girl Scout, and must be in either grades 4 or 5.  Please make sure that each of your Girl Scouts is currently registered and is in the proper grade.
 
Each member of the Bronze Award Team must have completed one Junior Journey prior to beginning the Bronze Award project.
 
Each member of the Bronze Award Team is required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of work on the project.  These hours may include: time spent researching their issue, root cause, or solution, planning their project, enacting their project plan, communicating with advisors or volunteers, delegating tasks or leading the work of others, and educating and inspiring others.  These hours may not include pre-requisite Journey hours, Girl Scout product sale time, travel time, or the hours any volunteers spent on the project.
 
Be sure to list each of the full names of the Girl Scouts who worked on the project.  Please double check to make sure the names are spelled correctly before submitting.
