Service Unit Priority Property Reservation Request Form

This form is for Service Units who are requesting rental of an entire sites.   Service Units may submit a property reservation request according to this reservation window.  Any reservations outside of this window will not be accepted. Priority reservations are taken in the order they are received based on availability.

  • For reservations December 1 – February 28 request forms will be accepted May 1 – May 15. Permits will be sent out by June 1. 
  • For reservations March 1 – May 31 request forms will be accepted August 1 – August 15. Permits will be sent out by September 1. 
  • For reservations June 1 – August 31 request forms will be accepted November 1 – November 15. Permits will be sent out by December 1. 
  • For reservations September 1 – November 30 request forms will be accepted January 1 – January 15. Permits will be sent out by February 1. 

If your first, second or third choices aren’t available you will be contacted with information on what is still available. 

Once your reservation is entered into our system you will receive a permit from ActiveNet. You will need to log on and submit your deposit payment. Please note that Rental Property rates may change. The rates can be found on camprocks.org.  If your deposit is not received within 14 days you risk your reservation being cancelled.
