Service Unit Priority Property Reservation Request Form

This form is for Service Units who are requesting rental of an entire sites. Service Units may submit a property reservation request according to this reservation window. Any reservations outside of this window will not be accepted. Priority reservations are taken in the order they are received based on availability.

For reservations June 1 – November 30 requests open on February 1 and close on March 1. Confirmations will be sent out by April 1.
For reservations December 1 – May 30 requests open on July 1 and close on August 1. Confirmations will be sent out by September 1.

If your first and second choices aren’t available you will be contacted with information on what is still available.

Once your reservation is entered into our system you will receive an invoice from GSNorCal@doubleknot.com. You will need to log on and submit your deposit payment. Please note that Rental Property rates after May 2024 are higher than the current rates. The rates can be found on camprocks.org. If your deposit is not received within 14 days you risk your reservation being cancelled.
