Partner Interest Form 2023-2024

Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Northern California’s Partner Interest form. This form is intended to be used by new and returning partners who are interested in collaborating with Girl Scouts on programs and experiences for its members.

You will be notified of your program opportunity status within 30 days of submitting this form. We recommend at least 6 months advanced notice for special discounts and events.

Please note that submitting this form is not a guarantee of your partnership with the Girl Scouts of Northern California, but instead is an informational guide to help begin the process of building and continuing a long-lasting partnership.
