Annual Adult Membership Financial Aid Request Form

Girl Scouts is open to all adults who want to volunteer with a troop regardless of their income. We make funds available to support adults who want to volunteer with a Girl Scout troop by providing financial aid for annual membership.

The annual adult membership fee is $25.

Please use this form to apply for the $25 annual adult membership financial aid.

You will receive an email in 3-5 business days notifying you of next steps after your adult membership financial aid request is processed.

Live Scan fingerprint background checks are required and available at no cost for all volunteers until April 2025. Below are the steps you need to follow to comply with the fingerprinting requirements.
