Annual Adult Membership Financial Aid Request Form

Girl Scouts is open to all adults who want to volunteer with a troop regardless of their income. We make funds available to support adults who want to volunteer with a Girl Scout troop by providing financial aid for annual membership dues and for background checks.

The annual adult membership fee is $25. Background check fees are typically $11.75.

Please use this form to apply for the $25 annual adult membership financial aid and to start the background check process where you may elect to pay some or zero dollars with financial aid covering the balance.

You will receive an email in 3-5 business days notifying you of next steps after your adult membership financial aid request is processed.
