Volunteer Run Camp Looker Access Request Form

Each VRC can have two registered and background checked volunteers who have access to Looker. This can be an assigned volunteer, VRC Camp Registrar and/or Camp Director. Looker is a database for Girl Scout volunteers to be able to verify membership, check background checks and view completed GS Learn trainings.

This form is for VRC’s to complete for requesting Looker access. All information in Looker is completely confidential.

Service Units assigned to the VRC depend on who the camp has historically served. Access is very limited for protection for our members. Each camp will also be assigned the Camp Service Unit their camp is in so that they can see their camp troop members.
